Our students had a lot of fun in this year’s Spring Programme, which was all about the Polynesian Islands!
今年のスプリングプログラムのテーマは“Embrace the Tropical Adventurersトロピカルな冒険を楽しもう！” と題して、ポリネシアの島々の文化を体験しました。
We invited Teacher Yui, a professional dancer from Te Mana O Te Ra Dance School, and had the chance to watch professional Tahitian dance performance right in front of us.
We also learned how to move our bodies and step naturally using Tahitian words such as “TAIRI TAMAU”and “AMI“, all to the friendly rhythm of “Logo Te Pate“, a soundtrack of Moana!

Polynesian Island Tiki Masks! We enjoyed making traditional Polynesian masks called “Tiki Masks” led by our art teacher – and even created “Kakamora” from Moana as well! “ Good job, everybody!
