Recognizing the importance of protecting personal information, the Poppins Group* (hereinafter referred to as “our Group”) has established the following privacy policy to ensure appropriate handling of personal information it receives from customers, and shall disseminate this policy to all employees and strive for the appropriate protection of personal information.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Our Group will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws, regulations, guidelines, and other standards (hereinafter referred to as “Laws and Regulations”) for the handling of personal information.

2. Acquisition, Use, and Disposal of Personal Information

Our Group will appropriately acquire, use, and dispose of personal information only to the extent necessary to conduct business and only after notifying or announcing the purpose of use and whether it may be provided to third parties.

3. Measures for Managing the Security of Personal Information

Our Group will appoint a person in charge of measures for managing the security of personal information, and shall establish, implement, and maintain internal rules to implement measures to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage of, loss of, or damage to acquired personal information as well as for implementing measures for managing the security of personal information such as identification of the external environment.

4. Request for Disclosure

Our Group will take the appropriate steps in accordance with Laws and Regulations when it receives a request for disclosure of personal data held by the Company* or a related complaint or consultation from a customer who provided personal data to the Our Group or a representative of the customer.

Personal data held by our Group is personal information acquired by our Group that may be subject to disclosure, revision, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties by our Group upon request by a customer who provided personal data to our Group or a representative of the customer.

5. Continuous Improvement

Our Group will, as necessary, make corrections to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately in accordance with Laws and Regulations, and shall strive to continuously revise and improve initiatives related to personal information.
