The Poppins Group has established a Sustainability Committee chaired by the CHRO. It promotes a company-wide response to diversity and inclusion, respect for human rights based on the “Poppins Group Human Rights Policy,” and sustainability issues, including climate changes.
In principle, the Sustainability Committee meets twice a year.
The Committee deliberates and discusses important task such as basic policies on sustainability issues, identifying and addressing the matter of internal systems and building a new corporate culture, in which employees of various backgrounds can show their characteristics.
In principle, the contents of the deliberations are reported to the Board of Directors once a year.
The Board of Directors deliberates and resolves on policies and measures to deal with matters that are judged to have a significant impact on business activities and finances.
